JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Line Maintenance Station Manager to oversee all aircraft maintenance operations at our designated airport location. This leadership role is vital in ensuring the safety, reliability, and compliance of our services through effective management of maintenance personnel and processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive aviation maintenance experience, strong technical expertise, and exceptional leadership abilities to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. As the cornerstone of our maintenance team, you will coordinate daily activities, uphold safety standards, and ensure adherence to all customer, Jett Pro, and regulatory requirements, including FAA regulations and industry best practices.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Include but not limited to: Lead and supervise the aircraft maintenance team to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant line maintenance operations. Manage station personnel to include, recruiting, hiring and training new technicians, ensure all time keeping procedures are followed, coaching and disciplining as required. Oversee daily scheduling, overtime management, resource allocation, and workflow management to meet operational demands. Must become familiar with and stay compliant with company manuals (RSM, QAM, SOP, TPM, and SMS). Submit monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual reports as required. Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to FAA regulations and EASA requirements Conduct root cause analysis on recurring issues to improve reliability and reduce downtime. Manage inventory levels and calibration of specialized industrial tools, hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, precision measuring instruments, soldering equipment, welding gear, and other essential repair tools. Maintain accurate records within customer computerized maintenance records and management systems, as well as JETTS. For all maintenance activities and inspections. Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) related to aircraft maintenance and safety protocols. Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), heavy lifting procedures, ladder and lift truck usage. Facilitate ongoing customer and company training for team members on new procedures, tools, or regulations pertinent to aviation maintenance. Required to perform functions of a line maintenance technicians. Flexible to work nights, holidays, and weekends, occasional travel. Perform other duties as needed.REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in aircraft maintenance management within an FAA-regulated environment. Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in aircraft airframe systems, powerplant systems, and avionics troubleshooting. Strong understanding of aerospace quality standards and FAA regulations governing flight line maintenance operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams in a high-pressure environment while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, regulatory bodies, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Experience managing 10+ employees Possess effective and timely communication skills, Be extremely organized and ability to multi-taskEXPERIENCE

Current FAA A&P Certificate Valid Driver License Salary :
