Job Description

Job Overview As a Senior Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance tasks to uphold the safety, functionality, and appearance of the hotel. This role requires expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel brand standards. Assist in managing maintenance schedules, work orders, and vendor relations. Monitor and maintain the hotel's energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure guest satisfaction. Train and support junior maintenance staff as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred. 3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field, preferably in a hotel setting. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

$55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
