Senior Operations Manager (Landscape Maintenance / Multi-Site)

Location :

Islandwide Working hours : 5 days a week

8:30 am
5:30 pm (Monday
Friday) Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $10000 + Performance Bonus + Transport allowance (If required to travel)

Landscape Architecture Main Responsibilities:

Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites Lead supervisors, arborists and ground staff; plan manpower & schedules Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards Conduct site inspections and implement process improvements Manage clients, resolve issues and maintain service satisfaction Control costs, resources, procurement and equipment usage Ensure compliance with WSH, environmental and industry regulations Track KPIs, prepare reports and support tenders with

Sales Requirements:
