Stoler Automotive is seeking an experienced Automotive Dealer Group Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, compliance, and capital improvement needs of multiple dealership locations throughout New York City, Long Island and Maryland . This role is responsible for ensuring all facilities are safe, fully operational, OEM-compliant, and presented to brand standards while managing vendors, budgets, and projects across a diverse real estate footprint. The ideal candidate has hands-on facility experience in automotive retail, understands OEM image programs, and is comfortable operating in the unique regulatory and logistical environment of NYC, Long Island and Maryland. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day facility operations across multiple dealership locations Ensure compliance with: OEM image and facility standards NYC and NYS building, fire, and safety codes Environmental regulations (EPA, DEC, waste handling) Manage preventative maintenance programs for: Service shops, lifts, compressors, and shop equipment HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and roofing systems Coordinate and supervise outside vendors and contractors Obtain bids, manage contracts, and control facility-related expenses Oversee capital improvement projects, renovations, and OEM upgrades Conduct routine site inspections and document deficiencies Support emergency repairs and after-hours issues as needed Maintain facility records, permits, and inspection documentation Partner with dealership leadership to prioritize repairs and improvements Qualifications 5+ years of facility or property management experience, preferably in automotive retail or commercial facilities Strong knowledge of: Automotive service department infrastructure Building systems and preventative maintenance Local NYC and Long Island codes and permitting processes Experience managing multiple sites and vendors simultaneously Ability to read plans, scopes of work, and contractor proposals Strong organizational and budgeting skills Excellent communication and follow-through Valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with OEM facility image programs Experience in union and non-union environments Project management or construction oversight experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Why Join Us Stable, well-capitalized automotive dealer group High-impact role with autonomy and executive visibility Opportunity to modernize and improve multiple facilities Long-term growth potential within the organization
