Engineering Supervisor
Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Supervisor to lead and oversee our operations. In this pivotal role, you will manage a team of electricians and maintenance personnel, ensuring the reliable operation of mechanical and electrical systems. Your expertise will drive the implementation of maintenance repair procedures, safety regulations, and project management initiatives to optimize facility performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence operational excellence through leadership, technical proficiency, and strategic planning. Header Responsibilities Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams to ensure efficient repair and upkeep of mechanical, electrical, systems. Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures aligned with safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Manage facilities maintenance management systems (CMMS) for scheduling, tracking work orders, and inventory control. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions for team members. Manage facilities maintenance teams effectively through team management practices, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Header Qualifications Proven supervising experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management environments. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams efficiently. Proficiency in using schematics, CMMS software, Microsoft Office suite, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities maintenance management. Experience managing projects related to manufacturing or industrial facilities with a focus on maintenance repair procedures. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders. Pay:
