Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and experience managing maintenance teams. This role is vital in ensuring that all facility systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repair and upkeep of building systems and equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to optimize equipment longevity. Oversee electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage components, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Manage facilities management tasks such as HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, schematics interpretation, and general building infrastructure. Coordinate with project management teams for upgrades or new installations involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation technologies. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory using CMMS tools. Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical problems using tools like ohmmeters and schematics. Requirements Proven management experience supervising maintenance teams within industrial or healthcare environments. Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including electrical (high voltage and low voltage), mechanical systems, HVAC, and schematics interpretation. Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and project management principles. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with manufacturing or healthcare facility operations. Ability to read technical schematics accurately and utilize testing tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development, safety adherence, and operational efficiency. Fluency in English with clear communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
