POSITION INFORMATION

Position summary: The Maintenance Division Leader is responsible for monitoring the activities of the maintenance division of Plant Operations and the associate development of the associates in this division. Collaborates with the manager and is responsible for participating in and using independent judgment in the hiring, supervising, training, performance management, and evaluation of staff. Confers with the Director of Plant Operations regarding daily operations, project management, customer satisfaction and all regulatory requirements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent. Required length and type of experience: Six (6) years experience in general maintenance trades. Required licensure, certification or registry: Certificates in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical design preferred.
