What You'll Do:
As our Facilities Maintenance Supervisor , you'll take the lead in ensuring our nursery operates at peak performance.
You will:
✔︎ Oversee maintenance and small construction projects to keep our greenhouses, equipment, and facilities in top shape. ✔︎ Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks for your crew to support smooth nursery operations. ✔︎ Design and implement efficiency improvements to enhance production and shipping processes. ✔︎ Maintain and repair vehicles, power tools, small engines, irrigation systems, and greenhouse operations (lighting, heating, cooling, etc.). ✔︎ Lead a small but mighty team in completing greenhouse repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general facility upkeep. ✔︎ Respond to emergency maintenance needs to keep the nursery running safely and effectively. ✔︎ Keep workspaces organized, clean, and safe while fostering collaboration across departments.
What You Bring:
✔︎ 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience. ✔︎ Proficiency in mechanical repairs, small engines, low-voltage wiring, plumbing, and agricultural equipment . ✔︎ Strong leadership skills and a team-first attitude. ✔︎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently . ✔︎ Experience working in greenhouses or controlled environments is a huge plus! ✔︎ Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all seasons. ✔︎ A current Oregon driver's license and a clean driving record.
