Full-time Position Summary Millwood, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Industrial Maintenance Lead for our Alburtis, PA facility. This individual will take ownership of the plant maintenance function, including leading maintenance personnel, troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, preventive maintenance, spare-parts inventory and purchasing, and coordinating outside contractors and service vendors. The successful candidate must be equally comfortable leading the maintenance team, managing the maintenance function, and working hands-on with equipment on the production floor. Manufacturing maintenance experience, especially conveyors, PLCs/sensors, pneumatics/hydraulics, motors, and preventive maintenance Join us to lead a dedicated team committed to maintaining operational excellence!
