As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance management, which will align successfully in the organization. Shift:
7am-3pm What's the Job? Lead maintenance operations to support plant reliability and safety standards. Supervise, coordinate, and support Maintenance Technicians, Machine Shop personnel, and maintenance staff to meet operational needs. Build and maintain strong working relationships with plant and corporate management to drive operational excellence. Review maintenance projects, priorities, and resource planning regularly with management. Manage procurement of maintenance materials, tools, and parts required for repairs and maintenance activities. What's Needed? Proven experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and technical troubleshooting. Ability to utilize CMMS systems (e.g., eMaint) for work order management. Excellent communication and team leadership skills. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
