Overview We're hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations at a residential community in the West Chester area. This is an independent role for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and keeps the property running smoothly without needing a big crew to lean on. If you're the kind of person who sees a problem, fixes it, documents it, and keeps it from coming back, you'll do well here. Key Responsibilities Handle preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across the community Complete work orders with strong quality and response-time standards Perform apartment turns/make-readies including inspections, cleaning, punch lists, and repairs Coordinate and oversee outside vendors/contractors for specialized trades and larger projects Track inventory, order supplies, and maintain an organized maintenance shop/storage areas Support budget awareness through smart purchasing and vendor management Maintain compliance with OSHA, safety practices, and company procedures Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response Partner with Property Manager to ensure seamless communication and smooth onsite operations.
