Maintenance Manager Scranton, PA Salary:

$90,000-$120,000 per year Full-Time | In-Person Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, improving maintenance processes, and leading a high-performing maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and a solid technical background in manufacturing systems, automation, and equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations Lead and manage maintenance staff, including scheduling, coaching, and performance management Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime Support hiring, training, and development of maintenance personnel Maintenance & Reliability Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs Drive machine uptime and equipment reliability while controlling repair costs Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, automation, and facility-related issues Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives Support installation and commissioning of new equipment Systems & Compliance Maintain maintenance procedures and records in compliance with company and industry standards Monitor maintenance KPIs and analyze downtime data using

MES/CMMS

systems Assist with inventory control, budgeting, and cost reduction initiatives Ensure compliance with all safety, GMP, and company policies Qualifications Required Experience 3-5 years of maintenance/reliability experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Working knowledge of: PLCs & ladder logic Robotics and automation systems Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

CMMS/MES
