Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Cleaning Crew Leader to oversee daily cleaning operations across various facilities. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation while leading a team of cleaning staff. As a Cleaning Crew Leader, you will coordinate cleaning schedules, supervise staff performance, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards Lead team members in industrial, commercial, and custodial cleaning tasks including sanitation, janitorial duties, laundry, and housekeeping management Train new staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and sanitation protocols Monitor adherence to safety regulations and sanitation standards to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health guidelines Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to address concerns and improve service delivery Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and timely replenishment Experience Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work with a strong background in industrial or commercial cleaning Supervisory or team management experience within a cleaning or hospitality environment Familiarity with safety regulations related to sanitation, hazardous materials handling, and workplace safety Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Excellent communication skills for managerial oversight and customer service interactions Knowledge of management practices related to cleaning & sanitation management and team supervision Previous experience in laundry services or hospitality housekeeping is advantageous Join us as a Cleaning Crew Leader to lead a dedicated team committed to creating clean, safe environments. Pay:
