Join a local commercial general contractor to manage commercial construction projects between $1 - $15 million in value. About the company Based in South Carolina, this privately held commercial general contractor has been delivering projects in a variety of sectors for the past 20+ years. They primarily deliver projects in the commercial, healthcare, light industrial, tilt-up, warehouse, and large scale retail sectors About the position As a superintendent, you'll be responsible for all field operations on site. You'll be tasked with managing the sub-contractors, keeping the project on schedule, and ultimately delivering it on time and under budget. You will work closely with the project managers, owners, and architects to ensure a successful project. Qualifications 5+ years experience as a superintendent.
