MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Lead our maintenance team in ensuring maximum operational efficiency while championing our safety-first culture.You'll:
Drive Safety Excellence- Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across all maintenance operations Manage Critical Systems
- Oversee our preventive maintenance program and coordinate breakdown repairs Make Data-Driven Decisions
- Analyze equipment performance data to optimize repair vs. replacement economics Lead with Confidence
- Supervise and develop maintenance personnel and contractors Control Resources
- Manage maintenance budgets and inventory to maximize efficiency Implement Solutions
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Champion Improvement
- Drive equipment and process enhancements that boost productivity
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Leadership Experience- Minimum 2 years supervising industrial maintenance teams Technical Expertise
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Systems Knowledge
- Experience with CMMS platforms (Tabware/SAP) Project Management
- Experience leading industrial improvement projects Analytical Skills
- Ability to interpret reliability data (oil analysis, vibration monitoring, thermography) Collaborative Approach
- Track record as a team player who works effectively across departments Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (preferred)
