We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to be responsible for promoting and incorporating lean practices into our Maintenance Department. The successful candidate will be able to minimize/eliminate production downtime through creation, implementation and sustaining of preventive maintenance programs.

RESPONSIBILITES

Build predictive and preventive maintenance programs for production machines and facility systems Research maintenance issues for each production machine to predict and prevent major issues Schedule maintenance technicians and standard work to balance work flow Monitor efficiency and quality of maintenance tasks Reduction waste in maintenance processes Work with production leads/departments to minimize downtime Track amount and reasons for downtime by system/machine to improve current procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
