Job Description

MISSION Ensure correct final preparation and maintenance of the plant infrastructure, installations and production equipment, on budget. Monitor and increase effectiveness of production equipment.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Manage and report maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, impact on OEE). Define, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Establish the work schedule for the Maintenance Team depending on the plant needs/resources. Train the team in basic maintenance of its equipment, with the aim of guaranteeing optimal production performance. Design, implement and follow-up on the preventive inspection programs. Ensure proper management of spare parts supply: monitor parts stock and usage, availability of first emergency parts, consignment stock at suppliers, minimize stocks to reduce costs. Implement and update technical files in all aspects in the area of responsibility. Control and coordinate maintenance work subcontracted to third parties. Manage, develop and motivate staff in the area of responsibility. Ensure OHSE, quality and processes policies and procedures are implement in the area of responsibility. Establish the necessary budgetary control and monitoring measures. Report to the Production Manager or in their absence the Plant Manager, regarding the main effectiveness and efficiency ratios in the area of responsibility. Take part in the Plant Committee, representing the section, as well as other Plant Meetings involving maintenance. Share lessons learned in the area of responsibility with the rest of the Ficosa group, filling out data base and participating in technical forums. Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto. Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values. Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used. Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Academic background: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar
Languages:
Intermediate English (written & spoken)
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
OTHER SPECIFICATIONS
Additional training: Knowledge in electricity, electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, Hydraulics. Basic training in OHSE management would be of additional value. .
