Service Manager Storm Healthcare Technologies — Cookeville Full-time | $50,000-$60,000 + quarterly bonus + 401(k) match Storm Healthcare Technologies is a long-standing integrator and distributor of life safety systems for healthcare and senior living facilities (nurse call, wander management, access control, CCTV, and related low-voltage systems). We are hiring a Service Manager to run the day-to-day service side of the business. What you'll do Own service operations: dispatching (software), technician scheduling, and clear communication with customers and field techs Follow up and oversee service calls and project work through completion Manage inventory and safety stock on service vehicles and in the warehouse Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance (PM) plans for the fleet Work closely with technicians and the office manager; report directly to the owner What we're looking for Organized operator who can juggle dispatch, customers, inventory, and vehicles without dropping balls Comfortable with dispatch/service software and everyday office tools Strong communicator with technicians and facility customers Experience in field service, low-voltage, security, or healthcare systems is a plus (not required if you can run the operation) Pay & benefits $50,000-$60,000 base Quarterly bonus opportunity 401(k) with company match
