Manage facilities maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors while maintaining project timelines and budgets. Lead team management maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and technical troubleshooting skills. Skills Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with team supervision responsibilities. Proficiency in using CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, vendors, residents, and management staff. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing facilities maintenance teams or supervising technical staff.
