Carrollton, TX Job Details Full-time 7 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Residential building maintenance experience EPA Certification Full Job Description Churchill Residential, is looking for a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 130-unit Senior Living Community. This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning, and repairs of entire property. Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy. Performs and assigns resident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours. Responsible for property preventive maintenance and inventory. Promotes and works as a team with the maintenance and office staff. Provides excellent customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. A valid Texas Driver's License is required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Minimum 3 years experience as a Lead Technician in the apartment industry. EPA Certification required and CPO preferred.
