This position is responsible to provide maintenance, cleaning and repairs of entire property. Responsible for the completion of make ready units and the physical condition and presentation readiness of all apartments prior to occupancy. Performs and assigns resident work orders ensuring that requests are completed within 24 hours. Provides outrageous customer service every day. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to Fair Housing and ADA. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Previous maintenance experience in related industry required. Must have an EPA and valid Texas Driver's license.
