A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Space Planning Analyst II Lubbock 45802BR Ops Div Planning and Admin Position Description Collects, verifies, and analyzes detailed facilities information for use in space planning projects. Manages relocation projects and is responsible for implementing space planning projects that have been approved through the Space Allocation Committee or campus leadership. About the Department and/or College Major/Essential Functions Quality control Facilities Inventory, GIS Mapping systems, internal enterprise data systems, TTU Internal Space Model Reports, space performance metrics, and other key indicators. Define, analyze, and report on analytics and resources for a variety of projects for quality control. Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate, and input data for facilities inventory to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Ability to apply numerical and analytical skills necessary for the analysis and evaluation of data in real time. Ability to think critically (out of the box) and be able to pay complete attention to details. Ability to make independent judgements and decisions based on established guidelines and job experience. Communicate with other departments to prepare for existing site surveys, new construction surveys and space use surveys to verify coding, measurements, and physical building information. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field. Three years related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal seven years. Preferred Qualifications Experience using GIS/GPS Software, and web-based facilities inventory system. Computer literate
