Job Description
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and PTAC repairs
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues
- Repair or replace faulty components and parts using hand and power tools
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner Requirements
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to oversee maintenance operations
- Solid mechanical knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
- Experience with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with logic controllers and other automation systems is a plus
