A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 5-7 years' maintenance experience in oil and gas or petrochemical facilities Proven expertise with

SAP S/4HANA

Extensive hands-on field experience with electrical systems and maintenance planning Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution processes Experience with project planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure Nice to

Have Skills:

Primavera P6 and Prometheus experience Familiarity with scaffolding, welding, fabrication, and heavy equipment rigging Experience working in PHMSA-regulated pipeline environments Knowledge of gas compression and metering equipment

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or similar qualification is a plus Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience utilizing SAP in Oil & Gas or petrochemical settings

Other Requirements:
