A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

What You'll Do:
Lead the planning and scheduling of project, turnaround, and maintenance activities to ensure seamless operations. Develop detailed job packs and outage plans using advanced planning software, including
SAP S/4HANA.
Coordinate with project teams, operations, and maintenance personnel to create efficient work schedules. Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and 4-year look-ahead schedules, balancing expense and upgrade projects. Oversee work order development, documentation, and material requirements, interfacing with vendors and supply chain. Monitor schedule compliance, analyze deviations, and generate reports with graphical insights for continuous improvement. Support CMMS modules and contribute to procedure development, training, and KPI tracking to enhance team performance.
What You Bring:
Minimum 5+ years of maintenance experience in a Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, or similar regulated environment, with extensive
SAP S/4HANA
proficiency. Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and execution best practices. Experience with project planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or Prometheus. Familiarity with scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy equipment rigging/lifting, welding, fabrication, and machining estimation. Solid understanding of instrumentation and electrical systems. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive under pressure with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Valid Driver's License and ability to maintain a TWIC card. Nice to

Experience with PHMSA-regulated pipeline facilities. Knowledge of gas compression and metering equipment. Background in developing and tracking KPIs and trends with graphical analysis.
Preferred Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or equivalent is a plus. Extensive hands-on experience with maintenance planning and SAP software.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid Driver's License and TWIC card. Local candidates only.
Work schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, with minimal overtime.
Target Hourly Pay Rate:
