Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual if class B CDL it will be a plus and ready to be trained as a Field Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the effective management of operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a solid understanding of maintenance management practices. This role requires proficiency in English and the ability to manage teams effectively while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations in all operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Manage maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and inventory. Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment, utilizing tools such as voltmeters to assess performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize downtime. Train and mentor team members on best practices. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on operational performance. Requirements Proven experience in well service operations or a related field. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance enhancement. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance management. Familiarity with mechanical systems and electrical components. Class B CDL is a Plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
