Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with a strong background in Automotive and/or Powersports who has a proven track record of leading high-performing fixed operations teams. Responsibilities:
Lead a dynamic group of Service Technicians and Service Advisors to reach their maximum potential Live the core values of the Young Automotive Group Provide an exceptional experience for our customers - every customer - every time Commit to grow professionally and personally Meet and exceed monthly profit goals Work cohesively with other Department Managers to ensure the dealership is operating at full potential Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle makes and models Manage technician productivity Assist with marketing and advertising strategies for the dealership Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
Qualifications:
A passion for growth A desire to make a difference A proven work ethic consistent with our culture A proven history of success leading a team in the automotive or powersports service industry Knowledge of powersports and fixed operations Demonstrated success as a trainer A clean driving record The ability to pass a background check and drug screen Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
