We keep businesses operational through expert service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems. We believe skilled tradespeople deserve strong leadership, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow. The Opportunity We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Manager to own and grow our PM program. This role is ideal for someone who understands commercial refrigeration equipment and enjoys building the systems, schedules, and accountability that keep customer equipment from failing in the first place. You will own the maintenance agreement book: scheduling, technician assignment, quality of PM visits, findings follow-up, and renewal. This is a leadership and program-ownership role rather than a primarily wrench-turning one, though field credibility matters. What You'll Do Program Ownership Build and manage the preventative maintenance schedule across the customer base. Ensure every maintenance agreement is fulfilled on time and documented properly. Standardize PM checklists and task scope by equipment type. Turn PM findings into quoted repair work and follow them through to close. Team & Execution Assign and coordinate PM technicians alongside dispatch. Coach technicians on PM quality, documentation, and customer communication. Ride along and inspect work in the field to hold the standard. Customer & Growth Own maintenance agreement renewals and customer relationships. Identify opportunities to expand agreements and improve retention. Track and report on PM completion rates, findings conversion, and agreement revenue. What We're Looking For Commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R background with a solid understanding of the equipment. Experience managing a maintenance program, a service department, or a technician team. Strong organizational skills. This role lives and dies by the schedule. Comfortable with service software, reporting, and follow-up discipline. Strong communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. What We Offer $85,000-$105,000/yr DOE plus performance bonus opportunity. Company vehicle. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan. Paid time off and paid holidays. Stable year-round commercial work and long-term growth. If you like building the system that keeps equipment running instead of chasing breakdowns, we would like to talk with you. refk1
