Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of a residential community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance staff, ensuring the proper functioning of building systems, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of safety regulations to ensure high-quality service and compliance. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including routine inspections and repairs. Manage maintenance team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Oversee HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation and timely repairs. Maintain compliance with safety standards, including OSHA regulations, to promote a safe work environment. Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance strategies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and safety inspections. Collaborate with property management to address resident concerns related to maintenance needs. Skills Proven experience in building or facilities maintenance, with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and procedures. Excellent team management and communication skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Organizational skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping and scheduling. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
