A Maintenance Planner improves workforce productivity and work quality of a maintenance organization by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of labor, parts and material, and equipment access. Reports to Maintenance Manager and maintains liaison between Operations and Maintenance. Through supervision of the Maintenance Administrator, the planner is also responsible for maintenance of records and files essential to meaningful analysis and reporting of maintenance-related matters.

Full Job Description Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support an upcoming Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise (FE) Planning and Policy Support program. The Senior Analyst will provide high-level analytical, planning, and policy support associated with military medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting the Military Health System (MHS), DHA, or other DoD medical facility programs involving strategic planning, facility requirements, design, construction, and policy development. This is a key personnel position supporting a federal proposal with an anticipated start date of September 30, 2026. Desired Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities Ability to review large amounts of technical information and develop concise updates for senior leadership Experience supporting strategic planning initiatives and leadership priorities Experience supporting business process improvement efforts Advanced Microsoft Word editing and formatting skills Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Experience with Adobe Acrobat Knowledge of the Military Health System and DHA Facilities Enterprise is highly desirable Additional Requirements Must be a current U.S. citizen Must be capable of meeting Government suitability and installation/network access requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), as required
Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following requirements: Master's degree in one of the following: Engineering Architecture Healthcare Administration/Management Business Management with a healthcare concentration 15+ years of experience in military medical facilities involving: Strategic planning Requirements planning Design Construction Experience with on-site military medical construction management At least 5 years of experience writing and/or editing facility-related policy documents for: Department of Defense (DoD) Military Departments Defense Health Agency (DHA)
