Keiding, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Systems Coordinator to lead the development and management of our maintenance systems as we continue investing in reliability, preventive maintenance, and operational excellence. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technology, data, planning, and manufacturing to make a measurable impact. You'll play a key role in implementing and optimizing our CMMS, improving preventive maintenance programs, and partnering with maintenance and production teams to increase equipment uptime. What You'll Do Serve as the primary administrator of our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Develop and improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and work orders Maintain equipment records, maintenance histories, and technical documentation Analyze maintenance and downtime data to identify improvement opportunities Create maintenance dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership Coordinate spare parts inventory and work with Purchasing on replenishment Support equipment installations by creating maintenance plans and asset records Train maintenance personnel on CMMS processes and best practices Help drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, maintenance coordination, reliability, or industrial maintenance Manufacturing experience required Experience implementing or managing a CMMS strongly preferred Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort working with maintenance data Experience with CMMS platforms such as MaintainX, Limble, Fiix, eMaint, UpKeep, SAP PM, Maximo, or similar Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Associate's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree is a plus CMRP, CMM, APICS, or related certifications are a plus Why Join Keiding?
