Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and support maintenance team members while coordinating daily priorities. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. Create and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures, and maintenance records. Track maintenance metrics, manage spare parts inventory, and support safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience in a CNC or precision machining environment. Minimum 2 years of lead or supervisory experience preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with Lockout Tagout procedures and workplace safety practices. Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use ERP or maintenance software systems. #indMKE
