Job Requirements Associate or bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of electrical engineering or controls engineering experience. Experience designing industrial electrical control systems. Experience developing electrical schematics and panel layouts. Experience programming PLCs and HMIs. Knowledge of NEC, UL, CSA, CE, and related electrical standards. Experience with power distribution and motor control systems. Experience with electrical safety circuits, sensors, and control devices. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Skills Experience with industrial process equipment. Experience with equipment validation and testing procedures. Experience creating and maintaining electrical BOMs and engineering documentation. Job Responsibilities Design electrical systems including power distribution, motor controls, safety circuits, sensors, and control devices. Develop electrical schematics and panel layouts. Program PLCs, HMIs, and related control systems for standard and custom equipment. Research and implement control technologies including VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and electromechanical devices. Develop equipment testing and validation procedures. Support electrical and controls testing during equipment development and manufacturing. Create and maintain electrical engineering standards and technical documentation. Develop and maintain bills of materials. Provide technical engineering support for manufacturing, service, purchasing, and sales functions. Support customer and vendor technical requirements. Troubleshoot electrical and controls issues. Support product improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Implement electrical and control system changes based on testing, field performance, and product requirements.
