We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Quality Technician to help drive quality excellence on our growing 2nd shift team. What We're Looking For Proactive, improvement-focused mindset with a desire to challenge the status quo Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to support the team Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Experienced quality professional who can bring knowledge and leadership beyond entry-level quality functions Strong communication and collaboration skills Key Responsibilities Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on manufactured components Conduct quality inspections across assembly, machining, and fabrication operations Utilize calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring equipment to verify specifications and tolerances Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications Document inspection results and quality issues within ERP and quality management systems Identify potential quality concerns early and help prevent downstream defects Lead and support root cause investigations and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs, standard work instructions, and quality processes Participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and quality standards Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing quality, quality inspection, or quality assurance Experience working in machining, fabrication, assembly, or metal manufacturing environments preferred Strong understanding of measurement tools, blueprint reading, and dimensional inspection Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes ERP and quality documentation experience preferred Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability Why Join Us? 5 weeks of PTO 401k with up to 6% company match Paid Holidays Exceptional health care benefits
