Chandler, AZ | Full-Time We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Remodel Demo Technician to join our construction and remodeling team. This is a hands-on position primarily focused on residential demolition, jobsite preparation, debris removal, and hauling a trailer. A company truck, trailer, tools, and equipment will be provided. Responsibilities Perform demolition for kitchen, bathroom, cabinetry, and other remodeling projects Remove cabinets, countertops, drywall, flooring, fixtures, and other materials Load, secure, and haul demolition debris Drive a company-provided truck and tow a company-provided trailer Safely back, park, connect, and disconnect trailers Protect customers' homes and maintain clean, safe jobsites Operate common hand and power tools Assist the remodel team with additional construction tasks as needed Requirements Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required Must be comfortable driving a truck and towing/backing a trailer Construction, demolition, remodeling, or carpentry experience preferred Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to work independently Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work throughout the day Comfortable using hand and power tools Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical Bilingual a plus Schedule & Benefits This is a full-time position reporting to our Chandler facility at 7:00 a.m. Some weekend work may be required.
