$20 - $35hr (based on experience) $50/day Per Diem All flights and lodging paid for Job Description We are seeking skilled individuals with a strong background to join our team as a Millwright. The role involves building and repairing paint booths within manufacturing and industrial settings. Successful candidates will be responsible for interpreting blueprints to construct I-beam frames with sheet metal paneling for walls, as well as installing ventilation systems, lighting, and other necessary applications to complete projects. This position requires extensive travel, with assignments lasting 3 to 6 months away from home. Responsibilities Build and repair paint booths in manufacturing and industrial settings. Interpret and follow blueprints to construct I-beam frames with sheet metal paneling. Install ventilation systems, lighting, and other necessary applications. Travel extensively for assignments lasting 3 to 6 months. Essential Skills Experience with sheet metal and iron work. Proficiency as a Sheet Metal Mechanic and HVAC systems. Skills in construction, carpentry, and welding. Ability to interpret blueprints and framing. Experience in installation and paint booth building. Proficiency in measuring, cutting, and troubleshooting. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Certification such as OSHA 10 and 30 is a plus. Journeyman status is advantageous. Equipment operating certifications are beneficial. Why Work Here? Work Environment The role requires working in manufacturing facilities with a schedule typically spanning Monday to Saturday, totaling approximately 60 hours most weeks.
