WHAT YOU'LL GET

Monthly Gainshare Bonus averaging $1.60/hr 4-day workweek

•Sunday night through Wednesday night 10-hour shifts: 8:30 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems from 24VDC to 440V 3-Phase Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment Operate machine shop equipment including mills, lathes, saws, and grinders Perform welding, cutting, and metal fabrication Diagnose and repair pneumatic systems Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repairs Perform preventative maintenance and help minimize equipment downtime Work safely and maintain equipment to production standards Work independently while also being a strong team player

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics Experience with machine shop equipment and metal fabrication Basic knowledge of pneumatics Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Willingness to work overtime when needed

EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE PLC

experience

•Allen-Bradley, RSLogix 500 or RSLogix 5000 Thermawood or MotionMaster CNC experience G-Code experience Injection molding experience SMC experience
