Job Summary:

We are seeking Production Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities of Production Receiving & Handling:

Verify incoming deliveries against orders, label and allocate products, and maintain accurate records of stock movement.

Device Processing:

Clean, test, grade, and value-add to electronic devices to prepare them for redistribution.

Cleaning:

External inspection, sanitizing, and removal of non-original labels.

Testing:

Functional testing, data wiping, and troubleshooting of devices.

Grading:

Assessing physical condition and categorizing devices using a standardized grading system.

Value-Adding:

Enhancing device features or services to increase value.

Competencies/Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent accuracy and quality control Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Google Workplace or related software.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Experience:

No experience required! We provide on-the-job training.

Education:

High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector, on to the production floor.
