Position Overview RPM Dynamics is seeking experienced Millwrights to join our team supporting projects throughout Kansas and Missouri. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and capable of working in fast-paced industrial environments. Key Responsibilities Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment Align, troubleshoot, and rebuild rotating equipment (conveyors, crushers, gearboxes, pumps, etc.) Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Conduct precision maintenance including alignment and fitting Assist with plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and emergency repairs Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards Qualifications 2+ years of millwright or industrial maintenance experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience working in industrial environments (aggregates, mining, cement, etc.) Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and travel as needed Must be dependable, safety-driven, and a team player Valid driver's license required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $28-$35/hour DOE 401(k) with company options Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Per diem/travel compensation (when applicable) Why RPM Dynamics?
