Also performs minor building repairs and outdoor maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively and accurately troubleshoot and make routine adjustments and repairs to industrial equipment and machinery in order to maintain production and maintenance schedules. 2. Knowledgeable in equipment trouble shooting. 3. Disassemble machinery and equipment to determine worn or broken parts, repair or replace necessary parts by using new parts from stock or by fabricating or manufacturing new parts from stock or by fabricating or manufacturing parts to machinery or equipment. 4. Continually check equipment and machines for proper function for quality, safety and quantity. 5. Uncrate and install new equipment and moves existing equipment when necessary. 6. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance as assigned, including cleaning and lubricating in order to maintain the proper working order of industrial equipment and machinery. 7. Dismantle, evaluate, and rebuild equipment and machinery as needed. 8. Assist in the Planning process by identifying parts and work required using Emaint to enter notifications. 9. Changeover manufacturing equipment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or vocational school training. 2. Experience in Mechanical knowledge. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics 1. Basic experience with Microsoft Office applications and use of intranet and internet. 2. Moderate mechanical aptitude and knowledge of basic fundamentals of maintenance. 3. Developed troubleshooting skills to determine causes of operating errors and resolve problems. 4. Working knowledge of safety codes and other regulatory requirements. 5. Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail and good follow-up skills. 6. Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. 7. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as chemical labels, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. 8. High degree of initiative and independent judgment. 9. Ability to express self effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing. 10. Ability to tactfully and effectively deal with public and staff in a personable and professional manner. 11. Maintains a high level of energy and a consistent positive attitude.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1.
Technical training with related equipment. 2. Exposure to high-speed equipment.

Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment and industrial equipment. 2. Nature of work requires depth perception, normal vision, normal finger dexterity and ability to crouch, reach, hear, communicate and exchange information at normal speaking levels. 4. Requires occasional evening and weekend hours as business needs demand. 5. Requires participation and attendance at organization sponsored events and meetings.
