Trades Craftsman position include:
5+ years of pipefitting, welding, mill work, duct work, and metal fabrication experience preferred Execute 2-week look-ahead planning for assigned jobsite Coordinate materials, manpower, and workflow on site Enforce safety and quality standards (zero unreported safety incidents) Lead daily execution and short-term planning to drive measurable productivity Conduct daily toolbox talks Develop at least one crew member toward next-tier readiness annually OSHA and rigging certifications preferred; welding certifications are a plus
Salary:
$33-$40/hour
