What You'll Be Doing Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively in a production environment Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety protocols What We Are Looking For Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Familiarity with industrial tools, equipment, and safety procedures Strong communication and teamwork capabilities Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
