Prior experience in commercial refrigeration, HVAC, construction, or the mechanical trades is a plus, but it is not required . POSITION DETAILS
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM Overtime and occasional weekend work may be available or required based on project needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Refrigeration Technician, you will work alongside experienced technicians and installers while developing your skills in commercial refrigeration.
Responsibilities may include:
Erecting and assembling commercial walk-in coolers and freezers. Installing refrigeration piping and lines according to project specifications. Brazing and properly preparing refrigeration connections. Installing refrigeration equipment and related components. Assisting with electrical and mechanical connections as directed. Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Reading and following installation instructions, drawings, and project specifications. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Working alongside other contractors and trades on active construction sites. Traveling to project locations as required. Following all company safety procedures and instructions from supervisors. Learning and developing the skills necessary to independently perform refrigeration installations and service work. Training will be provided. We are willing to teach the right person who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
