We specialize in walk-in cooler doors and seals, custom sheet metal fabrication, and commercial refrigeration service and repair. We're growing our Dallas team and looking for two skilled technicians to join us. About the Role We're hiring two Commercial Refrigeration Repair Specialists to service commercial kitchens, grocery stores, and convenience stores throughout the Dallas, TX area. You'll diagnose and repair refrigeration systems, keep our customers' businesses running, and represent Seal Tex on every service call. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment — walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in units, display cases, and ice machines — in restaurant, grocery, and convenience store settings Perform routine preventative maintenance and respond to emergency service calls Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues Install, repair, and service walk-in cooler doors and seals Recover, recycle, and handle refrigerant in compliance with EPA regulations Maintain accurate service tickets and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch Follow all company safety procedures and applicable state licensing requirements Qualifications 2+ years of commercial refrigeration repair experience preferred EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) required, or ability to obtain Texas ACR Technician Registration/Certification required, or willingness to obtain (Seal Tex can assist) Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant systems Ability to work independently, manage a service route, and participate in an on-call/emergency rotation Reliable, customer-facing, and safety-minded Benefits 401(k) matching Company truck Dental insurance Fuel card Health insurance Life insurance Safety equipment provided Tools provided Vision insurance
