Job Description
What Are We Looking For? We're on the lookout for a dynamic team player with expertise in servicing various banking equipment and security systems, including cash recyclers, alarm systems, video surveillance systems, ATMs, smart safes, and drive-thru systems. We need someone who goes above and beyond, ensuring the job is not only done but done exceptionally well. We're seeking an individual who can represent our brand, maintain the highest quality of work, and excel at building positive and effective client relationships. This role has a strong focus on bank security systems. Candidates must have experience with DMP alarm systems , and experience with March Networks or Verint video surveillance systems is highly preferred. Who Are You? You communicate relevant information to clients about the service being performed, providing peace of mind that they've hired the right company. You are open to occasional overnight or weekend work to ensure the job is done right. You are comfortable using electronic devices to complete service work orders. You are responsible, with inventory and company vehicles provided. You have experience servicing banking equipment and security systems, including alarm and video surveillance technologies. We are particularly interested in candidates with prior experience servicing banking equipment or retail cash devices such as cash recyclers, ATMs, smart safes, and bank security systems.
