What You'll Do Diagnose residential plumbing problems and identify appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Clearly explain findings, pricing, benefits, and available options to homeowners. Present solutions based on each customer's needs, priorities, and budget. Convert qualified service opportunities into approved work using an honest, consultative approach. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards. Follow up on open estimates and accurately document work performed. Maintain a clean service vehicle and professional appearance. Contribute to company revenue, completion, and customer-satisfaction goals. Who We're Looking For Three or more years of residential plumbing service experience preferred. Proven ability to present and close residential repair or replacement options. Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers to approve recommended work. Strong plumbing diagnostic, repair, communication, and customer-service skills. Honest, consultative approach focused on solutions that benefit homeowners. Motivated by measurable performance goals and receptive to coaching.
