The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently handle cellphones& ipad repair, phone calls, maintain office organization, and support the technicians and overall operations of our store. The pay rate ranges from $19-$22 per hour based on years of experience plus commission on selling the accessories. Duties Greet customers/guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Repair cellphones, ipads, laptops and game consoles Answered phone calls with professionalism, addressed inquiries, and directed them to the appropriate staff member. Assist customers with check-in and checkout Upselling is the main part of this this job Assist with calibration and testing electronic devices such as smart phones after the repair Support administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. Handle customer service inquiries effectively, resolving issues in a timely manner. Skills Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills. Upsell the accessories and services we provide Previous experience in a phone repair store is required. Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Ability to type accurately and efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
