Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment on-site, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Use hand tools and soldering equipment to replace components, repair circuit boards, and restore electronic systems to optimal functioning. Test electronic systems with specialized equipment, including oscilloscopes and testing devices, to verify repairs and system integrity. Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints for complex troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Maintain detailed documentation of repair procedures, parts used, and diagnostic results for quality assurance and future reference. Requirements Proven experience as a service technician or repair technician working with electronic or electrical equipment. Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting techniques for both AC (Alternating Current) and DC (Direct Current) systems. Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and engineering troubleshooting documents. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment testing tools such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, ohmmeters, soldering irons, and multimeters. Ability to perform maintenance on computer hardware, networking components, and electronic systems efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a professional approach when interacting with clients during field service visits. Familiarity with electrical soldering techniques, schematic interpretation, and electronic component replacement.
