$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Job description: Job Overview Plumbing Squad is seeking an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team. This role is primarily residential with some light commercial work. The ideal candidate is professional, mechanically skilled, customer-focused, and confident in diagnosing plumbing issues, explaining solutions to homeowners, and completing quality repairs and installations. Responsibilities Assemble, install, and repair plumbing systems Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues efficiently Perform repairs and installations including water heaters (tank & tankless), toilets, tubs, sinks, faucets, showers, valves, pipes, drains, water softeners, sump pumps, and sewer systems Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding findings, solutions, and pricing prior to work Review blueprints and building codes to determine proper procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle Follow all safety policies and procedures Maintain a professional appearance, including clean uniform and proper work footwear Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience as a service plumber required Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read blueprints and schematics Mechanically inclined and able to handle physical demands of the job Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work extended hours, after-hours emergency calls, weekends, and holidays on a rotating on-call schedule Compensation & Benefits Paid hourly ($25-$35 per hour, DOE) Overtime pay Tips Fully stocked company van (not a take-home vehicle) Fuel card Paid time off Employee discountsBenefits:
