Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, refrigeration units, plumbing fixtures, boilers, and other mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning units, appliances, and property infrastructure to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan Install new HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems following detailed schematics and HVAC design plans Conduct field service visits to troubleshoot issues on-site, ensuring timely resolution of client concerns Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and welding equipment for repairs requiring metal fabrication or component replacement Maintain accurate service records, complete detailed reports on repairs performed, and update maintenance logs regularly Assist with property maintenance tasks including welding repairs, equipment replacement, and general mechanical upkeep Skills Strong knowledge of construction principles related to HVAC installation and property maintenance projects Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing or appliance repair roles Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans effectively Mechanical aptitude with experience operating diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and field testing instruments Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems and ammonia refrigeration safety protocols Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving drivers preferred Skilled in welding techniques, boiler operation, and general equipment repair for diverse mechanical systems Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently in the field Knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation Air Conditioning/Refrigeration), property maintenance standards, and appliance repair best practices Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments requiring mechanical expertise Antonino Auto Group is an Equal Employment Employer.
